This is the image for the news article titled ASI Raises Money for Children with CancerCancer wasn’t cancelled during the pandemic; PJ Day for the Kids wasn't either. On Friday, December 11th, ASI showed its support for this cause by having its school community (both virtual and in-person) donate a $1 or more to wear their PJs. Our efforts surpassed our personal goal of $325 with ASI raising over $500!
PJ Day for the Kids is an opportunity for students and business partners across the state to show support for patients at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Over the last 9 years, hundreds of thousands of participants have worn PJ’s in honor of children at the hospital who must wear their PJ’s for extended periods of time while fighting cancer or other serious illnesses. The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders needs your support. Whether we wear our PJs in-person or virtually, we can still all stand together with kids battling cancer and blood disorders.

We are very appreciative to all of our school community members that participated. Thank you for helping us support this effort.
